Available only for newly purchased machines, our Grasselli service contract includes unlimited on-site service calls, based on the availability of the Bettcher service team. You will also receive a machine rebuild every six months to keep your lines running smoothly, plus yield testing and documentation following all rebuilds.

Our day rate to have a Bettcher maintenance expert on-site. These service calls will be scheduled as soon as a technician is available and the technician will bring all needed parts to the service call. These calls are ideal for commissioning the safety system on CLO-Ready machines.

Available with newly purchased machines, have our experts on-site to install and commission the skinner. Yield testing, verification, and documentation of functioning are included with all assisted installs. We will also train operation and maintenance staff on the equipment.

The rebuild kit will be custom to your specific model and include all parts needed for the rebuild, excluding the toothroller. The kit can be purchased to use with your service contract or for your own maintenance staff to perform the refurbishment. Rebuilds are recommended every 12 months for single-shift operations and every 6 months for two-shift operations.
